Nancy began her career with PrinceWaterhouseCoopers in Louisville in 1986. She opened her own firm in 1991. She has more than 25 years of experience serving governmental and not-for-profit entities. Her firm's main practice area provides municipal accounting consulting and advisory services to small local government entities, primarily cities, housing authorities, and special taxing districts who engage her to act as their in-house CPA. 

Since leaving university life in 1990, Otha Ray has served as a partner in the firm of Nancy J. Stearman, CPA where he assists with the accounting practice. Otha Ray is the father of 2 sons and 1 daughter and together, he and his wife Nancy, are grandparents to their 6 wonderful grandchildren

Sharon is a graduate of Sullivan College.  She comes to this practice after working in the Taylor County School District for 21 years.  Sharon is married to Doug Floyd and they have two children, Samantha  and Austin.
